We are currently seeking a reliable Class A CDL Driver & Prep Crew Laborer/Groundperson who can operate manual transmission vehicles and support field operations.

Key Responsibilities

Driving & Hauling

•

Operate semi-trucks and dump trucks with manual transmission (no automatic restriction).

•

Safely transport asphalt, aggregates, and heavy equipment to and from job sites.

•

Perform accurate and timely deliveries according to project schedule.

•

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.

Equipment Operation & Support

•

Work on the ground as a laborer and assist with milling, grading, brooming, site prep, or material movement.

•

Assist field crews with labor or setup during downtime or as needed.

•

Maintain cleanliness of assigned vehicle and report any issues immediately.

Team Communication & Safety

•

Communicate clearly with dispatch, foremen, and site supervisors.

•

Follow DOT and OSHA safety protocols at all times.

•

Wear required PPE and proactively identify and report hazards.

Requirements

•

Valid Class A CDL with no automatic transmission restriction.

•

Clean driving record and current DOT medical card.

•

Minimum of 1 year of experience driving dump or semi-trucks with manual transmission.

•

Prior experience in asphalt, paving, or construction hauling is required.

•

Ability to work on the ground as a laborer and assist the prep crew operators is required.

•

Capable of working outdoors and performing physical tasks in various weather conditions.
