Just 20 minutes outside of New Bedford, Shea Concrete, is currently hiring for our plant located in Rochester, MA. Paid training. Must be able to drive a manual transmission and willing to obtain a hydraulic license to operate a boom truck.

The Boom Truck Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient delivery, assembly and installation of precast product, and materials to residential and commercial customers. The Step driver must, ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. This role requires maintaining timely deliveries while upholding high standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service. Drivers must conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, manage documentation accurately, and adhere to company policies and operational procedures.
