About This Job

Position Summary This is an on-site HYBRID role located in Rosemont, IL or Milwaukee, WI

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Indirect Sourcing, this person will be a critical leader responsible for $150 million in spend and leading the development and implementation of sourcing strategies, programs, and policies across all Regal Rexnord segments with a focus on our MRO supplies. The role requires a driven individual who is experienced in developing, managing, and scaling MRO programs with the ability to drive strategic relationships.

This key role will work closely with the global supply chain teams, segment, Plant Management, Plant technicians, Maintenance personnel, corporate leaders in the development of strategic plans and actions, while proactively engaged in supporting projects to assure attainment of agreed upon performance across Regal Rexnord. This position partners in the establishment and deployment of standard processes, policies and procedures, taking the necessary steps to assure compliance. This position leads the effort to achieve and maintain alignment in the value chain between the suppliers, and the end customer in all form, fit, function, price, service, and delivery requirements. Additionally, this leader will work as a liaison between the finance organization and sourcing to ensure functionality of expense reporting activity.

Responsibilities

- Support Regal Rexnord’s overall objectives, providing strategic leadership by setting the vision, strategy, and objectives for the global MRO category, across the enterprise.

- Lead negotiations with suppliers, often dealing with internal and external leaders at higher organizational levels (VP’s, Principals, CFO’s).

- Have a deep understanding of the global markets, inform BU leadership, controlling, etc., about market and supply trends

- Translate regional/global procurement strategy into detailed category plans with a set of measurable global, regional, and local targets and facilitate procurement processes and policies for regional/global alignment.

- Lead quarterly business reviews of preferred providers

- Conduct brainstorming sessions at facilities with cross functional teams to identify strategic opportunities and deployment priorities on cost saving initiatives.

- Work with all Regal Rexnord to create regional and global cost savings funnels that align with commercial strategies and financial targets

- Drive spend analysis, including counter measures for projects that fall short of plan and makes decisions to remedy the issues to get the teams back on track to meet or exceed plan

- Develop and deliver strategies that will deliver year over year cost savings and working capital improvements

- Responsible for timely reporting to agree upon KPI’s and presenting Strategic Sourcing plans, activities and progress

- Implement and execute best-in-class decision making, e.g., Preferred Supplier programs, punch out catalog, and effective T&C structure and Global LTAs.


Qualifications

- BA or BS degree is required, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management or Engineering.

- Minimum of 10 years of Procurement experience, with at least 5 years being in a Global MRO category management role with decentralized multi-site distributed environment.

- Development and leadership of a Global MRO program, preferably for a manufacturing company.

- Demonstrated experience with development of strategic sourcing processes and development of a strategic sourcing team. Sourcing for Industrial Manufacturing a plus.

- Demonstrated ability to drive productivity and compliance throughout a complex organization through influence.

- Demonstrated ability to support multifaced business requirements established by each Segment.

- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, conceptually, and analytically to assess problems, identify and consider potential solutions, and make timely recommendations

- 80/20 Experience and Business and Operational Segmentation is preferred

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate, interact, and influence at all levels of the organization to drive results in a fast pace operation.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Demonstrated ability to provide accurate and understandable data and reports to analyze performance to make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.

- High level of personal initiative, energy and ownership of business results.

- Strong Computer skills: Microsoft Office applications required. Knowledge of Oracle a plus.

Compensation Details:

$130K - $201K

The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for all statewide locations across the United States. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons.
