Casing Operator/ Floor Hand

Position Summary

We’re looking for a highly skilled and dependable Casing Hand to join our field operations team in the oil and gas industry. This role is vital to the success of our horizontal drilling projects and demands a strong mechanical background, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate heavy machinery and specialized casing equipment with precision and care

- Assist in the installation and handling of casing and pipeline systems

- Support horizontal drilling operations and rig activities

- Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance

- Uphold strict safety standards and ensure compliance with site protocols

- Collaborate with crew members to maintain smooth and efficient workflows

Required Qualifications

- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy equipment and working long shifts

- Strong understanding of safety procedures in drilling and construction environments

- Effective communication and teamwork skills

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred Skills & Certifications

- Hands-on experience with casing running tools and pipe handling systems

- Knowledge of horizontal directional drilling (HDD) techniques

- Safety certifications such as H2S, First Aid, or equivalent

- Bilingual

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
