We are seeking a motivated and friendly Cashier/Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while accurately processing transactions. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage time efficiently will be essential in creating a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities
•
Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their purchases.
•
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately.
•
Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision.
•
Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
•
Maintain knowledge of current promotions and product offerings to assist customers effectively.
•
Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
•
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
•
Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and improve sales performance.
Qualifications
•
Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
•
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
•
Experience in technology sales or retail is preferred but not required.
•
Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
•
Proven ability to upsell products effectively.
•
Excellent time management skills to handle peak hours efficiently.
•
A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.85-$17.95 per hour
