Overview

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Cashier/Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while efficiently handling transactions. Your ability to engage with customers and promote products will be key to enhancing their shopping experience and driving sales.

Duties

•

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.

•

Process transactions accurately using the POS system.

•

Maintain an organized and clean checkout area.

•

Provide information about products and services, including technology sales.

•

Upsell additional products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.

•

Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while ensuring accuracy in basic math calculations.

•

Address customer concerns with professionalism and effective phone etiquette.

•

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.

•

Stocking merchandise.

•

Daily cleaning.

Experience

•

Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.

•

Familiarity with cashiering duties and POS systems is a plus.

•

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

•

Ability to engage with customers effectively, demonstrating excellent communication skills.

•

A background in technology sales or related fields is advantageous but not required.

•

A proactive attitude towards upselling and promoting products will be highly valued.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
