Cashier/Customer Service

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with their purchases, handling transactions, and promoting our products through effective communication and merchandising strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a passion for technology sales, and the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.

- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring efficient cash handling.

- Provide product demonstrations and technical sales support to enhance customer understanding of products.

- Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products or services.

- Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display to attract customers.

- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall customer satisfaction.

- Demonstrate strong time management skills by efficiently managing multiple tasks during busy periods.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.

- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.

- Familiarity with technology sales and product demonstrations is advantageous.

- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.

- Proficiency in using POS systems for efficient transaction management.

- Excellent organizational skills to maintain a tidy work environment and manage inventory effectively.

- Ability to work well under pressure while providing outstanding customer service.
