We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. Duties
•Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
•Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
•Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision.
•Maintain knowledge of current promotions and sales to effectively sell products.
•Assist in stocking shelves and organizing merchandise to ensure a well-presented store.
•Supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
•Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
•Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when answering customer calls.
•Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
•Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
•Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
•Experience in cash handling and familiarity with POS systems.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
