In-House Carpenter Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Carpenter to join our operations team. This position will be responsible for maintaining, repairing existing properties/structures and features across our commercial landscape projects such as site furnishings (Benches, tables, chairs), Cabanas, Pergola/Gazebo installations, and outdoor kitchen, BBQ installations. Includes some concrete/footing work. The ideal candidate will have strong carpentry skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and experience working in a commercial property environment.

This is a CONTRACT position for the first 90 days. The position may lead to Full Time position upon completion of the contract period.

This position will support operations across our family of companies including Top Tier Landscape Construction, Apex Landscape Construction, and Ground Tech Equipment/Nursery. We specialize in market-rate and affordable housing multifamily landscape development throughout Southern California, with a reputation for handling complex, wrap or podium style construction projects.
