Carpenter/Laborer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The Carpenter will be responsible for overseeing and executing various carpentry projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and timely completion.

Duties:

- Perform metal stud framing, roof work, electrical tasks, door hanging, restoration, interior trim installation, caulking, and stucco applications

- Assemble and install structures such as windows, cabinets, and doors

- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively

- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years experience as a Carpenter with expertise in all residential carpentry tasks.

- Strong leadership skills to guide and supervise a team effectively

- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately

- Proficiency in using a variety of power tools and hand tools

- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
