We’re seeking a skilled Construction Worker/Carpenter to join our team and drive excellence in craftsmanship and site efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Carpentry & Construction: Perform skilled carpentry tasks including framing, installing drywall, doors, windows, trim, and cabinetry; execute concrete work and other general construction tasks as needed.

•

Blueprint Execution: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate and high-quality construction.

•

Site Organization (5S): Maintain clean, safe, and standardized work zones by implementing 5S principles; organize tools and materials to support project flow and safety.

•

Field Support: Collaborate with superintendents and foremen on site prep, maintenance, and material movement; proactively identify and eliminate safety hazards or inefficiencies.

Who You Are:

•

You have 2–3 years of carpentry or construction experience.

•

You’re skilled with hand and power tools and familiar with construction techniques and materials.

•

You’re organized, detail-oriented, and take pride in maintaining a clean, efficient jobsite.

•

You have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

•

You’re physically capable of lifting materials and performing labor-intensive tasks.

•

You communicate clearly and work well with field crews and supervisors.
