Our commercial and residential projects include both new construction, repairs/restorations and maintenance. We have experience in multiple areas: new construction, general construction, framing, trim work, drywall, insulation, taping/mudding, paint, texture, heat tape install, custom carpentry, pressure washing, move out repairs, electrical, concrete, odd jobs and more! Minimum of 4-5 years of construction related work experience.
Knowledge in drywall, taping, mudding, painting, framing, floor layouts, etc.
Familiarity with building materials and experience using tools involved in construction, repair, and restoration of buildings.
Physically fit and able to do difficult labor for a full 8+ hour workday.
Ability to lift a minimum of 100 lbs.
Read a tape measurer and make specific cuts.
Strong communication skills and ability to listen to instructions.
Tool belt and basic hand held tools. We provide power tools and other necessary equipment such as impacts, saws, reciprocating saws and more.
As a General Construction Team member, you will be an essential part of our construction team, reporting to the site supervisor. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with drywall installation, construction painting, and various tasks that support project management. Core skills in communication and budgeting will be vital as you collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
