Carpenter

Responsibilities:

- Perform various carpentry and labor tasks as assigned

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings

- Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials

- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, cabinets, and countertops

- Repair or replace damaged or defective parts

- Assist with water damage restoration and mold remediation projects

- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Experience:

- Previous experience in carpentry or general labor roles preferred

- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools

- Knowledge of CNC machinery is a plus

- Familiarity with plastering techniques and tile laying is beneficial

- Ability to perform frame carpentry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Experience in water damage restoration and mold remediation is a bonus

- Basic plumbing skills are desirable
