Job Description:
The Car Wash Attendant (CWA) interacts with customers and ensures they are satisfied with their car wash experience as it relates to speed, quality, and hospitality. Essential Functions:* Resolving customer service concerns.Key Job Expectations and responsibilities include but are not limited to:* Provide outstanding customer service.
Skills and Experience Required:* Demonstrated ability to be a motivated and cooperative teammate with confidence in work processes and goals.
Physical Demands:* Must be able to stand for long periods of time working at a kiosk or entrance of a car wash conveyor.
Travel:* Occasional work and travel between Chevron Stations Inc. Express Wash locations.
