About the Role

Parametrix is looking for a motivated Risk Analyst to support the Interstate Bridge Replacement (IBR) Program—a bi-state initiative to replace the aging I-5 bridge between Oregon and Washington. In this hybrid role based in the Portland/Vancouver area, you will partner with experienced risk managers and diverse teams to help identify, assess, and track project risks. Your work will support strategic decision-making on cost, schedule, and delivery, with opportunities to grow your technical expertise in risk analysis, project controls, and alternative delivery methods.

Compensation Information: Base salary for this position is in the range of $78,000-$95,000.

Compensation is determined by factors such as education, experience, location, and role. As employee-owners, we are eligible for performance-based bonuses and our salaries are reviewed annually. We value transparency and look forward to discussing our compensation structure.
