Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Canvassers. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with the community to promote our initiatives, gather support, and drive awareness. Responsibilities

•

Conduct door-to-door canvassing to engage with community members and share information about our programs and initiatives.

•

Effectively communicate the benefits of our services to potential supporters and answer any questions they may have.

•

Utilize strong customer service skills to build rapport and trust with individuals in the community.

•

Collect data and feedback from interactions to help improve outreach strategies.

•

Negotiate terms of support and encourage participation in fundraising efforts.

•

Collaborate with team members to strategize on effective canvassing techniques and approaches.

•

Maintain accurate records of interactions and report findings to management.

Skills

•

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey messages.

•

Previous experience in customer service or telemarketing is highly desirable.

•

Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing outreach capabilities within diverse communities.

•

Proven negotiation skills to facilitate discussions with potential supporters.

•

Experience in fundraising or sales is beneficial for driving engagement.

•

Familiarity with door-to-door canvassing techniques is an advantage.

•

Ability to market initiatives effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.

•

Supervising experience can be valuable for leading small teams during canvassing events.
