About the Role:

As part of our growing pest control sales team, you will be the face of our brand, promoting our services to homeowners and businesses throughout the Boston area. This role offers a great opportunity to learn about the pest control industry while building hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and customer service. You will work in a field-based environment, directly engaging with customers to offer them solutions that improve their homes and businesses. Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers face-to-face at residential and commercial properties, providing information about our pest control services and explaining the benefits of our solutions.
Consultative Selling: Assess customer needs and offer tailored pest control solutions based on the specific challenges they face.
Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of our pest control services and techniques, and communicate this knowledge effectively to customers.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to both new and existing customers, ensuring a positive experience and fostering long-term relationships.
Field Support: Work closely with our sales and service teams to coordinate visits and ensure seamless service delivery.
Campaign Management: Assist with the organization and execution of marketing campaigns, door-to-door outreach, and promotional events to raise awareness and generate sales leads.
Problem Solving: Help identify pest control issues and provide solutions that fit each customer’s unique needs.

What We’re Looking For:

Customer-First Attitude: You should be outgoing, personable, and genuinely interested in helping customers.
Sales or Service Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the service industry is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidates.
Self-Motivation: The ability to work independently and manage your schedule is essential. This role requires a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Reliable and Goal-Oriented: You should be driven to meet and exceed sales targets while delivering great customer service.
Over 18 and Able to Commute: You must be 18+ and have the ability to travel throughout the Boston area to meet customers.
Degree Not Required: While a degree is not mandatory, it will be considered a plus. We value the drive and enthusiasm to succeed over formal education.
