```Duties```
- Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls in a professional and timely manner
- Gather essential information from callers to determine the nature of the call
- Dispatch appropriate personnel or resources based on the information provided
- Provide phone triage and offer guidance to callers in emergency situations
- Analyze situations and make quick decisions to ensure appropriate response
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and actions taken
- Use GPS and mapping tools to provide accurate location information to responders
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a call center or similar environment preferred
- Familiarity with law enforcement or medical terminology is a plus
- Ability to type quickly and accurately while speaking with callers
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Conflict management skills to handle difficult or emotional callers
