Duties
•Handle outbound calls in a professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service.
•Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account information.
•Utilize effective communication skills to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
•Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
•Promote products and services through persuasive communication techniques.
•Demonstrate phone etiquette by maintaining a positive attitude and professionalism during all interactions.
•Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
•Previous experience in customer service or customer support is preferred.
•Strong verbal communication skills in English; bilingual candidates are highly desirable.
•Ability to engage in outbound calling campaigns effectively.
•Proficient typing skills for data entry and documentation purposes.
•Knowledge of sales techniques is a plus.
•Excellent phone etiquette with a friendly demeanor.
•Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
