Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Outbound Dialer at our office in Berlin, CT. As an Outbound Dialer, your responsibilities will include making calls to potential customers, providing information about our services, answering customer inquiries, and scheduling appointments. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of calls and interactions in our customer database, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
