CAD Designer for Residential Projects

We are seeking a skilled Drafter to join our team in designing residential house plans. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various design software and a strong understanding of drafting principles.

Duties:

- Create detailed residential house plans and elevation drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketchup.

- Collaborate with the home builder's design team to understand project requirements.

- Assist in system design and layout planning.

- Incorporate interior design elements into drafting projects.

- Review and modify designs to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.

- Prepare documentation for construction projects.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in Auto CAD software for drafting purposes.

- Experience with design systems and tools.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work.

- Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics effectively.
