Company Overview:

We are a fast-paced, growing, precision-focused manufacturing company located near Muncie, Indiana, specializing in the machining of aluminum castings and aluminum billet with additional machining of iron and steel components. We are seeking a hands-on, experienced CNC Programmer / Manager to lead our CNC programming and work-holding development operations.

Position Summary:

The CNC Programmer Manager will be responsible for overseeing and executing programming for our CNC machines, including lathes, mills, 5-axis mills, and live tool lathes. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and deep technical expertise in CNC programming, fixture design and development, and CAD/CAM systems.
