Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cabinetry Installer to oversee the installation of kitchens, baths, and closets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of installation, adherence to project timelines, and exceptional customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of installation processes and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Be able to install kitchen, bath, closet, etc. cabinetry.

•

Manage installation process, providing guidance, training, and support as needed to ensure efficient and accurate installations.

•

Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure installations meet design requirements.

•

Perform quality control checks throughout the installation process, addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly.

•

Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

•

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all installation activities.

•

Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise during the installation process.

Qualifications:

•

Experience as an Installer or similar role in the kitchen, bath, or closet industry.

•

Strong knowledge of installation techniques, materials, and industry standards.

•

Strong communication skills and emotional stability.

•

Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.

•

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.

•

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

•

Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations.

•

Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to various job sites as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
