About This Job

We are looking for an experienced, skilled and detail-oriented CABINET Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in cabinet making, carpentry, or related fields and be a self-starter who takes pride in their work. Effective communication is critical to this role to ensure clear understanding and execution of instructions.

Responsibilities:

•

Assemble cabinets according to written and verbal instructions.

•

Read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings to ensure accurate builds.

•

Inspect materials for damage or missing components and verify units match paperwork.

•

Perform quality control checks prior to loading finished cabinets.

•

Prepare, pull, and load orders onto trucks, including 26-foot box trucks.

•

Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.

•

Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring the warehouse is tidy.

•

Follow safety protocols and report any issues to supervisors.

Qualifications:

•

Cabinet-making experience or carpentry skills required.

•

Valid driver’s license; ability to drive is a plus.

•

Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and repetitive tasks.

•

Fluent in English to communicate effectively with team members and follow instructions.

•

Bilingual skills are a plus.

•

Attention to detail and ability to follow directions.

•

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

•

Willingness to work overtime when needed.

•

Positive attitude, self-motivation, and initiative.

•

Must pass a background check, drug screening, and physical.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Schedule:

10 hour shift

•

8 hour shift

•

Overtime

•

Weekends as needed
