This full-time role is about making an impact on people’s lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As an Operations Manager in Lynchburg, VA, (remote work will also be considered) you will be part of a growing BWR Services Product Line in the Outage Services Organization. You will be responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships with customers, management, and employees while continuing to seek opportunities to expand. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the group which includes planning and executing to Framatome standards. The Operations Manager is the technical point of contact for the field leadership. This position requires seasonal spring and fall travel to various utilities, both BWR and PWR. Together we will enable clean, safe, and economical low-carbon energy to meet the global ambition for a better tomorrow.

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $130,000 - $176,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
