This is a contract role through Magnit for Consumers Energy located in Jackson, Michigan. This is a hybrid role working 3 days a week onsite in Jackson, Michigan.
Responsibilities
•:Maintain, monitor, and help integrate multiple project plans and project schedule
•sEvaluate and support business unit’s input in the design of financial and business planning data, processes, and tools, includin
•gCapture business requirement
•sCreate templates and worksheets that facilitate business unit inpu
•tConvert and/or reformat information and/or data into acceptable technical format
•sCoordinate, attend and participate in stakeholder progress meetings, design sessions, technical development discussions and project team meeting
•sMonitor schedule progress, identify risks, and escalate critical issue
•sCommunicate risks and issues to Project Leadershi
•pManage project documentation and the team’s compliance with project audit
•sProvide administrative support as necessary, includin
•gMaintaining meeting minutes and project management documentatio
•nMaintaining the deadline/milestone report for organizations

Requirement
•s:Experience in project scheduling and working with a project schedul
•erExceptional verbal, written and presentation skill
•s.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a tea
•m.Experience using computers for a variety of task
•s.Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outloo
•k.Knowledge file management, transcription and other administrative procedure
•s.Bachelor’s degree in business or related field of stud
