The Business Service Technician will be responsible for overseeing and managing the inventory of the organization. This role involves ensuring accurate stock levels, efficient tracking of inventory, and optimizing inventory control procedures. The Business Service Technician will work closely with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to maintain an effective inventory management system.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage and maintain accurate inventory records.
•Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile physical stock with records.
•Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
•Coordinate with procurement to reorder stock based on demand forecasts.
•Develop and implement inventory control procedures to enhance efficiency.
•Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
•Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding inventory.
•Collaborate with logistics teams to coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments.
•Prepare inventory reports for management review and decision-making.
