As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Office Manager to join our team.


Position Overview:

The Office Manager will play a key role in overseeing administrative operations, ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of essential office functions, and supporting our growing workforce. This individual will serve as the internal lead for our business management system, ODOO, and ensure seamless day-to-day office coordination. We currently use QuickBooks for accounting purposes so experience with QuickBooks or a similar accounting/ERP system will be critical.


Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the internal expert and lead user for ODOO or QuickBooks.

- Handle customer inquiries and sales-oriented projects

- Assist the sales team members as needed with customer quotes and payments

- Oversee and manage the customer billing and invoice processing workflow

- Ensure timely and accurate bank deposits

- Oversee and confirm accurate weekly payroll entry

- Conduct job screening interviews and evaluate candidates for open positions

- Manage and complete onboarding and orientation for all new hires


Qualifications:

- Associate degree (minimum) in Business Administration or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience using business management systems such as QuickBooks or a similar accounting system.

- At least 3 years of experience in invoice processing and billing

- Strong computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience required
