This position is a full time (40 hrs/week), onsite position in Prospect, KY with a competitive hourly pay rate and eligible for overtime pay. This position will start ~May 2025 and go through Summer 2025. Dates are flexible with school calendar. Our hope is that the intern students that are hired will do multiple rotations with CMTA with possible consideration for full time employment upon graduation.
This position provides a unique opportunity for hands-on training in business administration for the AE industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work well with a team and independently. Our accounting, HR, and marketing team members will teach the student intern how we manage our business, pursue new project opportunities, and communicate with our employees.
