Endurance Technologies is looking for a results-driven Business Development Representative to grow our market share in the Oil & Gas sector across North America and international markets. This remote role is ideal for a sales professional with technical knowledge, a strong client network, and a passion for delivering value in complex environments.
Key Responsibilities
•Identify and pursue new business opportunities in tubular product sales.
•Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth.
•Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and support.
•Prepare quotes, bid packages, and detailed sales reports.
•Collaborate with operations and manufacturing teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
•Keep CRM (e.g., Salesforce) records up to date and submit weekly activity reports.
•Uphold company standards in quality management and health & safety.
What We’re Looking For
•Proven success in exceeding sales targets in the oil and gas industry.
•Experience in premium product sales and client presentations.
•Comfortable working in both North American and international markets.
•Professional, solution-focused communicator and collaborator.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
•Additional language skills are an asset.
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•Established sales network in the oil and gas industry.
•Willingness and ability to travel extensively (25–50% monthly).
•Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
•Must pass a Level 1 Fit-for-Work Exam and drug and alcohol screening.
Working Conditions
• This is a remote U.S.-based role, with the position located in Houston, TX.
• The role connects virtually to our Canadian head office and collaborates closely with the Calgary-based team.
• When not traveling, this role operates from a professional home office environment using standard office equipment.
