Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development/Operations Manager to oversee operations and drive business growth within our designated region. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hydroexcavation, pipe cleaning and cctv sales, along with demonstrated leadership skills. You will be responsible for developing strategic plans to enhance market presence, fostering relationships with clients, and leading a team to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
•Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and objectives.
•Develop and implement business development strategies to expand market share and drive revenue growth.
•Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and analyze performance metrics.
•Conduct warm calling to prospective clients, effectively communicate value propositions, and negotiate contracts.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and customer needs.
•Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
•Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Qualifications
•Proven experience in sales is preferred.
•Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing successful teams.
•Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
•Demonstrated experience in business development and understanding of market dynamics.
•Proficiency in CRM software is highly desirable.
