We are seeking a Business Development Manager (Inside Sales) to lead and execute our national sales strategy. This role will focus on building scalable sales channels through distributors, manufacturers’ representatives, and value-added resellers. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with formal sales knowledge who thrives on client relationships and value-based selling.
- Develop and implement a national inside sales strategy.
- Build and manage partnerships with distributors, reps, and resellers.
- Collaborate with marketing to integrate SEO and digital sales strategies.
- Manage sales pipelines, reporting, and performance metrics.
- Conduct consultative, value-based sales conversations with clients.
- Create proposals, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Provide feedback to leadership on market trends and opportunities.
- Proven experience in business development, inside sales, or channel sales.
- Knowledge of formal sales methodologies (consultative/value selling).
- Understanding of SEO and online lead generation strategies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written communication and typing proficiency.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while driving national sales.
- Setting up and managing distribution or partner networks.
- Sales experience in manufacturing, industrial, or B2B environments.
