Identify and create close working relationships with key project stakeholders and accounts, driving revenue growth by increasing the acceptance of raised access floors as part of base building design while also identifying new business opportunities further contributing to the overall success of the organization.
- Create and execute a targeted business development strategy aligned with Tate’s overall objectives to deliver revenues in line with Company objectives.
- Be the Tate expert specific to Developer / multi-tenant / build to suit Commercial projects identifying what is important to the Developer and what drives their decision making and ultimately the financial success of the development.
- Work with Regional Sales Managers to identify and create a targeted Road Map of top Developer prospects across all Regions.
- Identify and target existing Architectural relationships within the targeted list of Developers.
- Identify and target existing MEP relationships within the targeted list of Developers.
- Identify and target existing Broker relationships within the targeted list of Developers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Developers and their identified Partners providing value while fostering long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
- Help develop the sales tools needed to be effective consultative tools to be used in meetings and other marketing opportunities.
- Create, track and update commercial pipeline of projects.
- Identify new market opportunities and define the potential within those opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on market intelligence to guide strategic decision-making.
- Work collaboratively with sales teams across all regions sharing insights and market knowledge to help support all business opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on account performance and strategic initiatives.
- Identify and attend key Conference and Networking events within the Commercial market sector.
- This position is anticipated to be home-based requiring 50% travel.
- Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
- Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.
- Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.
- Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field. Although not essential, an MBA or other postgraduate qualification is a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar account management or business development role within the construction industry. 5 or more years preferred.
- Strong business development and strategic planning skills.
- Extensive sales experience including sales forecasting and presentation skills.
- Critical thinking and problem solving
- Excellent decision making and leadership skills
- Ability to function in a fast paced and agile environment
- In-depth knowledge of the construction or built environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
