About the Role:
As a
Business Development Manager
, you’ll play a key role in turning this scientific breakthrough into real-world impact. Working closely with leadership and technical teams, you’ll help shape and execute our commercialization strategy, support strategic partnerships, and contribute to customer outreach, roadmap development, and operational planning.

Key Responsibilities
•Conduct competitive and market analysis for rare earth separation, recycling, and adjacent technologies
•Support strategic partnership development, including DoD, DOE, OEMs, and downstream manufacturers
•Build and pressure test commercialization and go-to-market strategies, including licensing and JV models
•Develop financial models to evaluate revenue scenarios, capital deployment, and customer acquisition strategies
•Assist in drafting investor materials, government grant submissions, and technical-commercial white papers
•Collaborate with the technical team to translate pilot milestones into commercial deliverables and KPIs
•Contribute to supply chain development, with a focus on sourcing, procurement, and scaling infrastructure
Required Qualifications:
•Background in engineering, industrial operations, biotech, defense, or mining/recycling sectors
•Demonstrated experience commercializing complex, technical, or deeptech solutions
•High proficiency in financial modeling, market analysis, and strategic frameworks
•Familiarity with DoD acquisition or procurement, government partnerships, or industrial policy is a plus
•Excellent communication and writing skills, particularly when working across technical and non-technical teams
•Entrepreneurial mindset, able to thrive in fast-paced and unstructured environments
•Passion for biotech, rare earths, critical materials, national security, or industrial decarbonization
