Sales Support Analyst

: Will be working in the Natural Gas and Retail Energy market. The ideal candidate will be expected to support direct and/or indirect sales activities for most deregulated markets.

- Employees in this role directly support our Sales team for processing commercial agreements.

- Core responsibilities include acting as liaison between our Internal Sales Team, Channel Partners and Customers, including analyze inbound requests for proposals, account set up, gathering usage data, managing changes to proposals and pricing refreshes, and any other aspects of opportunity set up to allow for bidding.

- Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deliverable are met timely and accurately.

- Proactively engage in process design and modification for continuous business improvement

- Collaborate cross-functionally across all internal departments. Increase awareness of front to end process of cross functional teams and impacts to current team responsibility.

- Provide frequent and consistent communication to Leadership on deliverables and status updates

- Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Who You Are

- High School Grad / GED

- Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience

- Experience: 2 years

Preferred Qualifications

- Effective Written & Verbal Communications

- Financial Analysis

- Microsoft Office Suite

- Bachelor's Degree

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $38.00/hr. to $43.00/hr.
