· Communication; answering phones, business correspondence, calling clients, client relations, in-person greeting clients, employees, and visitors.
· Computer Literacy; email management, information management, data entry, data import and export, reconciling accounts, customizing financial reports, point of sale systems, time clock (TimeTraxV5)
· Quick Books; order entry including product coding, invoicing/packing slip reconciliation, data management, and report management.
· Electronic automated invoicing platform; Open Invoice, Cortex, PANDELL, and credit card (EVALON system).
· Management of returns and warranty; Requests Management Authorization (RMAs), Warranty Exchange Program, and repair requests.
· Organization; email, filing, order processing, business supply inventory, multi-tasking daily activities.
· Logistics; coordination and reconciliation of transport freight billing, cross border customs regulation & documentation.
· Technology; document management, maintaining office records, and office equipment.
· Proficient and highly skilled in Quick Books.
· Equivalency; completed high school with several year experience and understanding of administrative, and proficient accounting processes using Quickbooks.
· You can speak and write clearly, accurately, and professionally maintaining a positive tone.
· Proficient knowledge and experience with accounting terms and processes for accounts receivable and payable.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office; outlook, word, excel.
· Familiar with online invoice; CORTEX, EVALON, PANDELL and Open Invoice.
· You have the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
· You are proactive, have initiative and value follow through.
