About Brucejack

Our Brucejack Gold Mine, a high-grade underground mine in beautiful northern British Columbia, is located approximately 65 kilometres north of Stewart. Brucejack is a fly-in/fly-out operation with pick-up points across Western Canada, making it easy for people from different places to join us. We work closely with local First Nations communities including the Nisga’a, Tahltan, Gitanyow, and Gitxsan, to build respectful partnerships and celebrate our shared community.

Purpose

As a Bus Driver/Equipment Operator, you will play a critical role in safely transporting employees, contractors, and essential goods to and from the Brucejack Mine. Your expertise in operating various vehicles and equipment ensures smooth and efficient site operations.

The Newmont team is recruiting for the position of Bus Driver / Equipment Operator, with a competitive $54.14 / hour wage. The offered base salary will be determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies, with consideration to internal equity. The expected salary range for this role is CA$54.14 / hour . This range is tied to the British Columbia market for jobs performed in British Columbia. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience.
