Burner Service Technician

Superior Plus Propane is currently in search of an individual that is highly self-driven and experienced in Heating Oil/Boiler systems and service. The Burner Service Technician will provide top-of-class service to our customers while always ensuring compliance with codes and safety policies. The Burner Service Technician will report directly to the District Manager.

What you’ll do:

- Primary focus and experience on burner service and prime and starts on systems

- Able to troubleshoot and identify customer equipment issues as needed

- Perform routine and annual maintenance as necessary on customer equipment

- Respond to customer emergencies as needed

- Rotate “on call” status during evenings and weekends as needed

- Consistently communicate proactively with the District Manager, CSC Manager, Dispatcher, Sales reps, drivers, and customers as necessary

- Performs other duties, as required

What you bring:

- High School Diploma or General Education Degree

- MA Burner's License preferred

- Prefer 2 years job-related experience

- Positive attitude and great communication skills

- Must have valid Driver License
