Stationary Engineer

Ohio facility has an immediate opening for a full-time Stationary Engineer to join our team. This position requires an Ohio licensed Stationary Engineer to be responsible for operations and maintenance of high pressure boilers and heating systems.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
•
Maintains heating systems, high pressure boilers and makes necessary chemical balance checks.
•
Responsible for state inspections including disassembling and reassembling of boilers.
•
Maintaining working condition of all steam traps.
•
Responsible for greasing production equipment including filling automatic lubrication systems.
•
Assist maintenance personnel as necessary
•
May perform minor repairs on buildings, fixtures and equipment
•
Clean various heat exchanges & cooling towers
•
Change filters
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
•
High school education or GED
•
Able to work with others
•
Valid Stationary Engineer’s license or High Pressure Boiler Operator license for Ohio
