Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral analysis, particularly in working with children and individuals with special needs. This role involves developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and collaborating with families and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.
Responsibilities
•Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral challenges and develop individualized treatment plans.
•Implement evidence-based interventions and monitor progress through data collection and analysis.
•Collaborate with parents, educators, and other professionals to provide support and guidance in behavior management strategies.
•Provide training and supervision to staff and caregivers on behavior intervention techniques.
•Maintain accurate records of client progress, treatment plans, and modifications as necessary.
•Stay current with research in the field of applied behavior analysis and integrate findings into practice.
•Participate in case management activities to ensure continuity of care for clients.
•Utilize medical terminology effectively when communicating with healthcare professionals regarding patient care.
Requirements
•Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
•Experience working with children, particularly in a hospital or special education setting, is preferred.
•Strong skills in data collection and analysis related to behavioral interventions.
•Knowledge of case management principles and practices in a clinical setting.
•Familiarity with pediatric care practices and medical terminology is advantageous.
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Pay: $45.00-$55.00 per hour
