Our Mission
His & Hers Roofing (HHR) brings originality and authenticity to homeowners by providing them with 5-star customer service during the claims process and providing the service of a full roof replacement with premium quality materials.
Job Functions:
•
Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners who are represented by His and Hers Roofing.
•
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
•
Handle inbound and outbound calls
•
Effectively manage conversations
•
Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
•
Handle billing inquiries and process payments
•
Review correspondence
•
Complete necessary forms
•
Complete tasks and properly reflect any encounter/conversation/email/call etc. in AccuLynx (CRM)
•
Achieve performance targets
Requirements and Skills:
•
High School Diploma or GED required, Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred
•
Customer service experience (3+ years required)
•
Proficient with Microsoft Office
•
Ability to learn, retain and apply information diligently
•
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
•
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and organization skills
•
Excellent written/verbal communication and customer relations skills
•
Must be flexible, adaptive, and responsive to change.
•
Highly motivated and target driven.
•
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
•
Valid driver’s license
