Role Description: BESS Engineer (On-Site, Full-Time)

We are seeking a full-time BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) Engineer for on-site roles across multiple states in the U.S. The BESS Engineer will play a key role in supporting utility-scale BESS commissioning efforts. Responsibilities include cold and hot commissioning of BESS components such as inverters, auxiliary power systems, thermal management systems, and fire protection systems.

Key duties involve system integration, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance of BESS infrastructure. The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution, prepare technical documentation, and maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations. Additionally, the role includes supporting the development of project status reports to ensure safe, timely, and efficient implementation.
