Overview:
We are seeking a Benefits Analyst to support our HR department during a period of transformation. This role offers hands-on experience in benefits administration, compliance, vendor management, and employee support. Experience with SAP and SuccessFactors is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
•Administer assigned employee benefits programs and manage vendor relationships.
•Resolve routine claims issues and coordinate with third-party administrators.
•Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
•Audit and process monthly benefit invoices and support budget tracking.
•Act as a subject matter expert for leave and benefits-related inquiries.
•Support new hire orientation and employee education on benefits programs.
•Assist in planning, bidding, and evaluating benefit plan providers.
•Ensure compliance with federal and state benefits regulations.
•Collaborate with internal teams including Payroll, Legal, and IT.
•Contribute to benefit communications and maintain documentation.
•Complete special projects and other HR tasks as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
•Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs and legal compliance (e.g., HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, ERISA, ACA).
•Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is preferred.
•Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and time management.
•Ability to work under pressure, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple priorities.
•Comfortable working independently and within a collaborative team environment.
Education:
•Associate's or Bachelor’s degree required.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.50 per week
