Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge. All installations should meet our high standards of quality and safety. Must have experice in driving a boat, work boat, and dock installtion experience.
Duties
•
Perform installations of equipment and systems according to specifications and guidelines.
•
Manage installation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety protocols.
•
Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process.
•
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless integration of installed systems with existing infrastructure.
•
Maintain accurate records of installations, including any modifications or adjustments made during the process.

Requirements
•
Proven experience installing docks and boat lifts.
•
Strong mechanical knowledge
•
Experience driving a work boat and/or boat.
•
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
•
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
•
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
•
Willingness to work flexible hours as needed based on project requirements.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
