Purpose of Role: The Banbury Mixing/Blender Operator is responsible for operating industrial mixing equipment to compound various chemical mixtures according to established procedures and safety standards. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate Banbury mixer to produce master batches of chemical compounds

- Mix various chemicals in accordance with specified formulations

- Assemble and weigh chemicals accurately for compounding processes

- Operate Festoon and 84” mill equipment

- Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes to transport materials

- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

- HS Diploma

- Construction and warehousing experience is beneficial
