Balance Carried Forward Analyst

Pay: $13.75/hour + Potential for Performance-based Bonus

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm

Location: Hybrid (In office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)

Our Balance Carried Forward (BCF) Analyst efficiently and thoroughly research past due balances to determine cause and resolution to ensure client accounts are current and in good-standing. We value analytical thinking here at Conservice, so you'll need to be able to independently analyze and reason to understand and resolve issues. Responsibilities

As a Balance Carried Forward Specialist, you will:

- Communicate through phone and/or email with utility providers to research previous balances

- Resolve and document causes of previous balances in Conservice software

- Find errors in payments that have been misapplied
