Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our development and operational processes, ensuring seamless integration and deployment of applications. This position requires a strong understanding of both development and operations, with a focus on automation, system administration, and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

•

Collaborate with development teams to design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab.

•

Automate deployment processes and manage infrastructure using tools like Puppet.

•

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability of applications.

•

Manage cloud environments including Google Cloud Platform and OpenStack to support scalable application deployment.

•

Implement web services and APIs while ensuring security protocols are followed.

•

Maintain Active Directory for user management and access control.

•

Utilize DynamoDB for database management and optimization.

•

Work with network protocols such as TCP to ensure efficient communication between services.

•

Document processes, configurations, and best practices for team reference.

Requirements

•

Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role in software development and system administration.

•

Proficiency in cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform and OpenStack.

•

Strong knowledge of version control systems, specifically GitLab.

•

Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker.

•

Experience with web services architecture and RESTful APIs.

•

Understanding of Active Directory management for user authentication.

•

Knowledge of database solutions including DynamoDB.

•

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems effectively.

•

Strong communication skills to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
