Auto Body Technician - Saskatoon

We are currently seeking an Auto Body Technician for our Saskatoon service shop.

The successful candidate will be a qualified and motivated self starter who will provide structural metal repairs on all HPL fleet by disassembling, replacing, and re-assembling vehicles to meet our specifications of quality, in our fast paced mechanic shop and equipment yard. Reliable and accountable, the successful candidate will also perform surface preparation, priming, and top coating to refinish all repaired and replaced body components. The successful candidate will liaise with other technicians to estimate repair cost and time, complete inspections and plan repair work to be performed, in a safe, professional, and time efficient manner.

Candidates with at least two to three years of autobody experience are preferred.

Completion of postsecondary program, such as Saskatchewan Polytechnic*, in auto body and collision and/or automotive refinishing technician. This position is considered a safety sensitive position; the successful applicant will be required to complete pre-employment medical testing that includes a drug and alcohol screening.*
