We are looking for an Audit and Compliance Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for ensuring the business adheres to legal standards and in-house policies. The Audit and Compliance Manager performs regular audits of business procedures and processes to ensure ISO compliance. They are also responsible for the timely processing of PPAPs. This individual will bring knowledge and creativity to the position as well as have the discipline to drive results and follow established fundamental processes.
- Analyze internal business systems to ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards.
- Create, modify, update and implement the company’s policies.
- Develop risk management strategies.
- Design control systems to address cases of violation of internal business policies.
- Design ongoing training programs for employees of the business.
- Liaise with other departmental heads to ensure that all business operations are in line with business policies.
- Assists, plans and implements safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal rules and regulations including Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Department of Transportation (DOT).
- Plans and implements training for employees in work site safety practices. · Maintains safety files and records · Performs safety surveys and inspections, prepares written reports of findings and recommendations for corrective or preventive measures were indicated and follows up to ensure measures have been implemented. · Conducts post-accident investigation and prepares report identifying possible accident causes and hazards for use by company personnel and senior management.
- 3-5 yrs of ISO Audit experience
- Efficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Solidworks and computer navigation. SAP experience preferred.

- Detail oriented / organized
- Ability to present plans
- Demonstrate the ability and knowledge to maintain a safe facility.
