As a Senior Attorney in Houston, Texas, you report to the General Counsel, ENGIE Energy Marketing NA, Inc., you will be responsible for providing legal support to the U.S. wholesale entity of ENGIE’s Supply and Energy Management (SEM) business platform. SEM provides energy supply solutions and risk management services to support its clients through their decarbonization journey, while optimizing ENGIE’s assets and contributing to value creation.
You will be a part of SEM LEGAL & REGULATION, an Expertise Center of approximately 70 lawyers supporting the activities of SEM worldwide. This team acts as key players in project and negotiation teams to support SEM’s business origination and in managing legal and regulatory risks in compliance with applicable laws across the full range of SEM business activities.
